No power to feul pump 1988 trooper II

With the key on the fuse box is dead at heatter motor cargo light and feul pump

The fuse box is left corner of inst. consel. And the relay box on the fenderwall by the battery.

There is no power from engine relay to fuse box fuses #9, 10, 11, charge light fuel pump cargo light
fuses are good and ive replaced relays

Go to www.autozone.com Log it. Then go to vehicle repair guides. Then chassis electrical. Then to wiring diagrams. Hope helps. Is battery cables making good content.
