Why are my brakes squeaking when pressed?

The details, 2003 Trailblazer, the front brakes squeaked, replaced just pads, still squeaked, replaced rotors, still squeaked, finally replaced hardware and stopped. Two days later rear started squeaking, replaced rear pads, still squeaked, turned rotors, still squeaked, replaced hardware, still squeaking. Also when I had the rear rotors off I cleaned the rust and brake dust from the inside of the rotor where the emergency brake is. I am lost and tired of taking the wheels off this trailblazer. PLEASE HELP!

Could be dirt in there, or, on the pad itself there is a piece of metel that is supposed to make a noise when the pads are getting worn by rubbing against the disk. if you replaced them yourself, could there be a chance that this piece of metal was bent further toward the disk causing the noise? if so, just bend it back.
