86 Dodge Daytona Starting Problem

I have a 86 Dodge Daytona that will not start. When trying to turn the motor over the starting system does not engage. I have a new battery, power to all my other systems that I know. There are no fault codes from my logic module and no burnt fuses. Not sure what to check next as I would like to progress in a logical manner.
