1997 ford escort ck. eng, lt.came on scanned the ecu it was showing a bad coil pack,so it was replaced lt. went off after clearing the faults half a day later eng. lt came back on scanned the unit again now its showing a misfire on cyl # 4 can these coil packs be metered with a multi meter or how can they be checked
