A.A.A. doesn't come through

I called A.A.A. they said they are sending one of their contractors to pick me up ( to fix a flat)but no one ever came. Can I sue them? I want a substantial compensation for their incompetence. I have paid the last two years of membership, and the day I need them, they are completely useless.
I have called them and they say a supervisor is going to call me and take a report, blah , blah ,blah . I haven't heard from them at all! Unbelievable. How are you going to answer my question without my e-mail? Here it is. sml_nv@yahoo.com

I feel assured that its not A A A 's fault , the problem was with their contractor and I dont think it would be a waste of your money to pay a lawyer , your not going to get substantial compensation
you will be lucky if you get reinbursed for what you paid to have some one come and fix the tire if you have a reciept .
