You may have a bubble in tire a tread or belt separation this would also show as a vibration in the steering wheel another annoying noise from a tire is a piece of gravel stuck in tread other common noise from wheel brake wear indicators and brake caliper mounting pins or caliper pistons hanging when pads are worn heavily === start bu changing tire with spare if no spare , put it on the opposite side rear wheel should be immediate difference === hope this helps

Do not change the front to the opposite rear. The tires get a wear pattern and changing the thusly will cause the belts to realign and cause premature wear. Go front to back SAME SIDE ONLY.
There may well be a bad tire involved like Professor says. I had one that made an awful noise and felt like a flat when turning right. I went to a "repair shop" and they said I need ball joints etc about a 350.00 value. I wated and found a front end shop went there and the owner took one look and said I need new fron tires. Went directly got new tires had NO more problems. Hope this helps.
