Aircondition in a 1995 lexus SC400

The aircondition stop working in a matter of a few minutes, there no light on the panel and none of the buttons work.Can a fuse cause the aircondition to stop working in a 1995 lexus SC400

This really sounds like a main ac fuse is blown, or a short in the wiring , check the fuses, in the bax, they will be marked ac and heat,. and the why is that the bottons dont work , or the fan dont blow,
