it has to be the intake gasket not installed correctly , causing it to it get back pressure or vacume in to the water jacket thus coming up throught the cooling system reservior as bubbles,
probably have Antifreeze coming out the tail pipe as well , maybe you have noticed a sweet smell in the exhaust and some steam

When I changed the belt, we turn the car on the see how the belt was rumming. It was good for 30 seconds, then we starting hearing sqeeking sounds from the water pump pulley wheel, and then the wheel completely...
