Any reinstatement laws for repossessed vehicles in Florida>

I financed a vehicle last month puttin 4000.00 dn and did not make the first payment on time.The creditor repossessed the vehicle and won't accept any payments.What can I do? (Florida)

How long did he wait till he come and got it. let me knowm the dates you bought and when he repoed it!

July 1,2008 purchase date and august 8,2008 repo date

Yes i see . i know they can do this. its in the contract. but heres the deal. i think you can beat this in court . and get you car back. and id file today. before it goes any longer. no judge will look on this as a good thing for them to do. its called rip off. and i really think you can win . or get your 4000 back. try this.
