Are city water waste trucks have the right to park in a
Disabled space at any time . The disabled sign was posted but on
the sidewalk side not the street side. Being disabled I parked in
front of him which was white but this took place in front of Drs.
office. With wheel chair and going to 2nd. floor and finding the
Dr. running late. I got ticket for $40.
