Are there laws to enable me to return a motorcycle after purchase
My son purchased a new yamaha from a dealer in illinois who let him take it off the lot without a license or insurance, he did sign paperwork and tried to get back with the dealer to cancel this contract on the 2nd and 3rd business day, he was told the lead salesman and manager were off and he was to call back which he did and he was again put off being told they would call him back as soon as possible. he had a voicemail from someone at the dealer but again when he attempted to phone them no one was available, what are his rights concerning the return of this motorcycle.
