Auto accident

My husband car was parked at work and another employee car crashed into his vechile while he wasn't in the car leaving more than 2,500.00 in damages. my husand had no insurance at the time as well. shoul the person at fault be responisible for all the damages.

Yes he is the only thing they can do to your hubby is write him a ticket for no insurance. but the other person has to pay with there insur.
