Waste of money, save up for a cam or head set up. Or you could just put a blower on it. A computer chip is not a "cure all"

If you are NOT going to do any further mods, then you may see some improvement with the "chip". It would be best done on a chassis dyno by someone who has the ability to actually tune the "chip" to your combination. If you are going to be performing any further modifications now or in the future, then save your money and put it to better use elsewhere on the car.
