Can a company reposes your vehicle before 30 days late?

They came and reposesed my vehicle while me and my fiance were grocery shopping before they came for the vehicle they called her place of work and cursed at the wrong person by a similar name. Is this legal?

They can do anything they want to repossess the vehicle, within the rule of law.

Following you to the grocery store, though despicable and depraved, is not illegal.

When they can repossess the vehicle depends on the stipulations in your contract, and your agreement with your lender.

Less than thirty days in this economy, though despicable, can be done.
