Personal property in repossesed car OHIO.

The repo company got our car on 10/26 we have been trying to retrieve our personal items since, including our fathers handicap placard... needed to transport him. They made an appointment to meet us today 10/27 but we waited for an hour and they did not show up. They have not returned our calls all night. How long can they put us off?
