Automobile / Car Stereo Systems

I have a Pioneer CDX-M30 cd changer 1 end connects to the cd changer the other end a round 13 pin plug go to a radio or fm modulator box im wondering if i connect the 13 pin plug to a Kenwood -KRC-PS655 Excelon series am/fm cassette if it would be compatable or work the pioneer cd changer( kenwood has a 13 pin socket on the back for a cd changer )
