Take the the the entire amount owed and pay the truck off and demand your title . take a witness or 2 with you just in case they wont let you pay it off so you will have witnesses to state you tried to pay the truck off and they would not take your money , and if it goes to court they don't have a leg to stand on the judge will throw it out , you might even get your truck for free , depending on the mood of the judge that day
