I have a dogde van that is setting on my land for the past two years. I had purchased the van from a friend in exchange for house cleaning services. When it messed up I had paid a total of 600.00 of the 900.00 I owed. He stated that he we was even. I had found someone to fix it so before i sunk money into it I requsted the title. This is when I found out the the title is not even the the man's name. Was this legal. When i confronted him about it he said it was legal because he was the co-signer. Now he will not remove it from my property until he has the title. Can i charge him a dock fee for the time on my land or is it legal mine due to the time period. What can i do i feel i should remebursed for the money i worked off on the van and the time it has on my land. What can i do?

Charge him 25 dollars a day for storing it. and make him come up with the title. if he dont take him to small claims court . and sue him for the money and the title . and have proof of what you paid . ands i bet he comes up with the title real fast. dont play around with him make him do this for you.
