Duralux Paint

I painted with Duralux Aqua Marine color paint on my aluminum house boat deck. The paint lost its shine when it dried, it looked almost like it was milky. I painted with a paint roller could this have caused some of the problem? Could it have been a humidity issue?

It may need a coat of urethane to retain it's gloss.
