Bought a car at a dealership in Brandon Florida but now I don't want it, am I able to return it and get out of contract?

It has not been a month yet and after being talked into a higher car note then I intended to pay, I have discovered that I cannot afford to purchase this car. I want out of the deal and need to know what my options are. Please help.

Read your contract this will give you your answer. Most contracts are 3
to10 days to return and get out of contract. But even then it is hard to get out of it.

There may not be much you can do other than sell the car. You can't expect them to just take it back and give you your money back as you have driven the car and it has depreciated. Also, talking people into spending a lot of money is what they do. Your only options may be to sell the car.

I have to agree with guido. Once you sign the contracts and take the car off the lot the car depreciates. They will not take it back. your only option will be to sell the car or keep it and pay it off.
