Brake lights not coming on

I have a 92 chevy conversion van my brake lights are not coming on. I have changed the fuses and bubs.

Sounds like a short in the wiring , going back to the break lights, or a in line fuse , on the frame under the van , check with a mluti meter, and follow the wires ,
