Buyers remorse

I bought a used car from a dealership yesterday. Do I have the right to cancel my contract if I changed my mind? I signed a financing contract.

Theres no buyers remorse on a car contract . its for in home sales . big ticket items like washers and dryers. and things like that. but when you sign for a car its yours unless the dealer will just let you out of it. theres no 3 day grace . on this

I do think you have 3 days on your financing to rescind the sale. Check on that route. If you can't take the loan or refuse the loan then you can't pay for the car. So try that and see if you can back out of it. Also the answer before is painting all states with the same brush. What state are you in? I would call another dealership and ask for the finance manager and ask them.

Good luck and I hope You are able to make the change.

Well there is a painting of all states and its the same . the fed laws are the ones that make up this law . and its the same all over. no buyers remorse in any state!
