Can a bank or store ban a handicapped parking space
My daughters car was blocked by bank employees car for using a handicapped parking space on their property. She is a customer but not doing bank business, she parked overnight on property. Property not marked for bank use only many people in surrounding homes and businesses use property everyday to park. Her handicapped plated car was the only one targetted forcing her to go into the bank. and was told not to park or she would be towed.
