Can a death due to a heart attack occurrring a the time of a car crash be considered accidenta death?l
My husband was driving his truck and crashed against a light poll. Car was total and he was taken to the hospital where he died at age 43 ten months ago due to a heart attack after talking to me. Can this be considered accidental death? I suspect he was sleepy as he worked second shift the night before and slept only two hours before getting up again.
