You can in my town but the parking fee is 200.00 plus a free ride to a holding lot sorry i know that was tackey i just couldnt help myself ===seriously you cant park in a handicap zone with out encuring fines or being towed this is generaly up to the descresion of the store owners but once a spot is designated as handicap you cant park there without a placard or plate . they are easy to get all it takes is a note from the dr. and a small fee you can get them if you have to drive someone that is handicaped

Easy remedy call police and have him towed at 200.00 a day plus storage he will get the hint and do it everytime he parks there also get a plackard that says violators will be towed at their expense and place it under the handicap plackard===also tell the owner of the used carlot to inform his people not to park in your private lot

Nope, you can't.

you could have him towed or ticketed. if he has no license plates that will just increase the fine since that is a no no.
