Can i dispute a parking ticket if I applied to receive the license plate sticker before expiration and had a posted form on the car?

Can i dispute a parking ticket if I applied to receive the license plate sticker before expiration and had a posted form on the car? But still received a parking citation

Yes you can , and go to court with this, and show the papers to the judge, and he will let you off, dont plead to this, if you do , they will fine you , good, so dont plead guilty
