Can i get a ticket on private property?

Someone is claiming that i hit there truck, but they didn't see who, or when it was done. they say it happened between 9pm-8am. I didn't even get talked to for about a week and they don't have any evidence that i did it. what can i do about this?

Just be honest and if you did , you pay for it , you will feel alot better , yes you can get a ticket on private property? i know i am a retired cop!

You can be at fault for an accident on private property, & yes you will have to pay for any damage done. But I would say they would have to be able to prove this.
