Can I return a car if I do no like it

I purchased a car on Sept. 1st 2008 and decided that I no longer wanted the car. Tried to take it back on Sept. 3rd and the car dealership is telling me that I can't.

No this is one thing you can not just return . you signed a contract. and there's no 3 day grace period . so you have to keep it . or trade it back in . its been driven and has miles on it. from your driving it. so no it cant be done ! sorry. hope this helps

Actually the first answer on this is incorrect dealerships will likely tell you, that you cannot return it but you have a 30day buyers remorse period for any major purchase. if your over 30 days you can't do anything about it. which is why they tell you that you can't it's a stall tactic to get you over the 30 days. this was created as a sorta lemon law. they used to do things like put sawdust in the engine to get it running nice and smooth but it only lasts a couple days. things like that. there may however be peneltys in your contract.
