Can i sew if i was drinking and driving as well as the other driver

Any one can sue , any one , as long as they have just cause, but be careful , if the other person , proves you were drinking also , then the jury will find , no verdict, then they might give you some thing, who knows, oj got off!

If you received the ticket for causing the accident. No. If the other party received the ticket for the actual cause of the accident, yes. But if you have to go in front of a jury, u both were in the wrong & they might not sway your way.
