Why would you sue the city if you left your car and towed it because it was abandoned?

how long was it sitting in one spot?

I did not abandoned my car the city Marchall took the car and it was parking in a parking spot and the Marchall took my car by a parking ticket then the Marchall left my car in the street with out license plates and now 7-8-08 sanitation says, you are charged with violation section 1224 of the New York state vehicle and traffic law [Vehicle Abandonment] but this was abandoned by the city Marchall not by me.

So you might want to go complain to the city of Marchall about why they took it out of your parking spot and put it in the street. if you have any beef, it should be with them.
