It has to be filed . and i doubt it will be . when they sell the car./ they will try to get . any money they didnt recover. but they will try ewvery thing from . bill collections to court. to try to get this. and i think that a wage garnished, unless you made them mad . would be a last resort, they cando this . but they might not.
