You didn't say what state you live in. Many states are considered right to work states these include Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennesee, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming. This was designed to combat unions. Basically this means that employers do not have to give you a valid reason for letting you go. Heck, they can let you go because they don't like the way you wear your hair. It is more like right to fire. If you live in one of these states then unfortunately there is no legal recourse. If not contact an attorney, or if you are part of a union contact your union boss. Susu
Go union , thats the only protection a worker has
