In the usa there is no cooling off time for a car contract . there is for door to door sales . and certain other things like pools and such . but sorry to say not on cars in any state. the reason why is that when you buy the car or truck . you drive it off the lot and that puts miles on the car. and thats counted as used miles making it worth less. i wish they would change this . but i dont look for it in the furture. hope this helps
