Cannot figure out why car wont pass emission test changed o2 sencor

diagnostic codes po137 bank1 sensor2 low voltage, po133 bank 1 sensor1 slow response , po404 exhaust gas recirculation circuit range performance

OK try this and see if it works , for you. and i do this even with some thing that wouldn't pass a urine test but it passes every time. go to a parts store like advance or napa. and get you a bottle of sea foam, yes i said sea foam add 3/4 tank. and 1/4 in your motor oil. this is a really good stuff. and i think you will pass the test. this will not harm any thing on your car or truck. and it will make it run so good you will swear its a new car or truck. put the stuff in you gas tank with about 1/2 tank of gas. it says 20 gallons but do the 1/2 tank deal. and then let me know. i swear by this stuff. and use it at the dealership all the time!
