I went into my 4OK1 and so my daughter can buy a car. I sent the check to the car company. The agreement was that my daughter would pay me $300.00 a month. Now she already made payments $300.00 from OCT 2007 to March 2008 untill she got sick in April. She is fine now, and now she is saying it's her car and she is not going to pay me. Now I recently found out she did not have a drivers license sense 2004, and geico let her get the car with no license or is there some fraud going on. Now I do have all the checks she sent me I deposited in my bank account. In the whole process this car is paid in full. She also damage the car when the cops found her so also went down in value. Now I have a woman that wants to buy the car, but it is going down everyday. My daughter told me if I change the title over and sell it she will call the cops on me. My daughter was in a mental insitution for her Lupus mental out break. Now she is using this against me on why she can't pay the $22.000 she owes me. I dont even know if there is insurance on the car. How can I get my car back so I can sell it, and can you get atitle of a car if you don't have a license.

It sounds like you really need the advice of a lawyer. Your daughter with her mental health issues and declining to pay you back having no license and threatening you etc. It sounds like you are at a dead end dealing with your daughter. You really have to get some professional help here to get the car back legally sell it and recoup your money. If you have no lawyer ask a friend or aquaintance for a possible recommendation.
