Car accident

If a person driving another person's car hits you, and neither the owner of the car, nor the person who was driving has insurance, which person do you sue for your vehicle's damages? Florida

You will sue both owner and the driver, that way you get both, and they will have to pay you , because both are in the wrong, to not have insurance
