Its not a fuse. If the fuse would have blown, the DVD player wouldnt do anything. My best bet would be the screen is gone out but maybe its just the wiring. Ill look more into it.

2003 oldsmobile silhoutte dvd player will not work
The dvd player sounds as if it is trying to read/play the dvd. The remote button lite shows red when one of the buttons on the face is pressed.
The screen on the dvd does not light up at all. Is there an online fuse for the screen? Or is the screen itself bad? or in the wiring?
