Don't work, as well as temp control lights blink. Is all this connected? how do i fix it?

Yeah its got a printed circut in it i had a pontiac once that all the panel light and radio and everything went hay wire because a brack light filiment got welded together every time i mashed the brake every thing on the dash lite up lol , like to never figured it out , even the dealer gave up on it
