Go and get a lawyer and stop the cosign agreement if you can . i dont think it takes to much to stop this. and she will have to get a loan on her own. you must have a good reason to do this.. and i think. seperateing will be the thing to get you off this deal, but a lawyer can tell you for sure. he shouldnt charge you for telling you how to do this. or if you can. .
