Car heater blower not as strong as it was

The fan or blower does not work on first two settings and is not as strong on rest of settings

Sounds like a bad fan switch , probably burnt out or warn out and needs replacing , this is common more so on older cars, the fan is working so i dont think its the fan itself ,
the switch is where you change the settings
