Hello... first get some starter flluid and spray some into the air intake and try starting the engine.
If it starts for a little while then you have a fuel problem. If it doesn't start, then it's not getting spark. Then you can go from there. Let me know what happens.

Thanks... Alan

Ok thanks Alan I tried the starting fluid with no success, i have already manually checked to see if it gets spark and it does, also fuel pressure is around 50 psi. Still wont start.

You might take the oil cap off , have someone spin the motor over and cee if the camshaft turns,

or valves open and close

Sounds like you have gone through the basics. And it sounds like your engine should run. The four things it must have to run are fuel, spark, compression and proper timing. After cranking the engine over pull a couple spark plugs out and see if they are wet with fuel. They should be This tells us that the injectors are dekiverung fuel to the cylinders. If they are wet I would do a compresion test next.If all the cylinders are low on compression then perhaps your timing chain has broken or more likely jumped or slipped throwing the timing off. If the engine has a lot of miles on it this is very possible. I would think that if you have spark you should have a signal to your fuel injectors but if your plugs are dry you might want to check with a noid light just to be sure. Maybe you have a wiring problem to the injectors.

Which engine do you have because 3.8 has 1 chain and the 3.5 has 3 chains. now ive done a whole lot of research and i cant find anything on how to get to or how to replace the timing chain on your car sry but i can tell you if you go to an oldsmobile dealership they should be able to give you a blown up expanded view of how to get to it or another idea go to an auto part store and they will have a repair manual on your car and it should tell you detailed instructions
