Depending on what is squeaking, what rubber component you are spraying/or lubing, and what you are using as lubricant. It might have a reaction towards solving the problem or making it worst. Due to the chemical and rubber mixing without any reaction

Silicone lubricant is the only thing to use on rubber. It can be purchsed as a spray in an aerosol can, in grease form in a squeeze tube and so on. it works great on car door windows especially electric ones that sem to be slow or jerky.Just put it in the track where the window seals. If your talking about suspension parts it may quiet the noise but the rubber bushing is probably worn and needs replacing. Regular mineral oil will cause some types of rubber to deteriorate or swell and should not be used.
