My diagnostics machine will not connect to my 2002 bmw 330d for some reason what could be the problem?

I have tryed all the fuses in the fuse box but alls ok is there any other fuse i dont know about

What kind of diagnostic device are you trying to hook up?

I dont think you can hook up and use an obd2 scanner to a bww, probably european repair shop can.
