Car problem

I was driving and my car died, everything just shut off and even the hazard would not come on and made a quick noise like a click. I tried to start it back up and it did nothing and no sound. I sat for a minuite and tried again and it started great. Any idea what could have caused this. Also, lately when you first go to use the car after it's been off for awhile you have to give it a few minuites before driving because if not after you back out and try to go it just goes real slow and sometimes dies unless we let it sit for a few first.

Dead short in the frame ground, would make it die like that , or the main computer went down , then come back up, relays heating up will do this also, and your battery post cables may need to be cleaned,
