Car problems

I have a subaru legay gt turbo with a standard transmission, my problem is it just started bucking the other day and dosn't seem to be getting any better, i thought it was bad gas or something like that but it dosn't do it when idling or when i'm in nutral. only when i let go of the clutch and give it gas it starts bucking then i shift into second and the same thing and third etc. can you please help me and tell me what you think the problem could be? i checked the transmission fluid and that looks to be fine also.

I own a323 mazda 4cyl couple months ago my neighborehood was flooded, water got into my car my tailpipe used to be clean, now its black my oil gets dirty quickly, carbon build up on spark plug I clean them ever so often, the battery warning light remains on while the car is running, the alternator was checked out and its charging, the only way the car starts and the engine continues to run is by disconecting the oxigine sensor conection.
