There would be a dispute between you and the shop, If you are true to the fact that they gave you a different price, than you are right and have the right to not pay the extra money

Car repair
I took my truck in to get it fixed,the reoair shop called and said it was ready,but the price was more than they said it would be,i told them i did not have the money just now,the said the would wait for me to pay,but asked for the title to the truck, and they still continue to do work to the truck, the leave it parked outside and the is no fence, what would happen if i went and picked it up
