Why won't the gas pump out after i changed the fuel pump and gas filter on my car.

First make sure the fuse is not blown (probebly under hood depending on year of car). If that isn't it Make sure it's not in there backwards. But before you pull it out have someone side in the drivers seat. And you get under the car put your ear on the tank. Tell thye person in the driver seat to put key in on position not tring to start it though. If you hear a humming then the pump is tring to work. After that see if it's in there backwards. If still nothing try fuel regulator. Maybe it's pluged. Hope this helps!
