Car Wreck

A 18 wheeler pull out in front of me and I ended up under the truck, the damages totaled my jeep. They sided with the truck and never heard my side. What can I do to prove he was a fault?

You can call the insurance company and dispute it. Did you get the ticket at the scene?

The only thing I can say is try to gather wittneses if any, and try to dispute it with the insurance company
