2002 Sunfire Headlight Replacement Procedure:
1. Remove the hood close out filler panel
2.Remove (6) bolts from headlamp
3. Remove headlamp from the mounting panel
4. Diconnect the electical connector from the headlamp
5. Remove headlamp bulb socket retaining ring from the headlamp. ( turn counterclockwise)
6. Remove bulb
