Clunking and other sounds from front wheel area

This happens while turning sharply, on the right front wheel. 2002 Ford Focus, front wheel drive. Also sounds like a spring is snapping.

Sounds like the CV axle on the 2002 ford focus is bad, or the u joint in the axle, when they get worn they will sound like this , have a garge or machnic check this , and put in new u joints , before they break

I have this same problem on my 2001 focus exept I allready change both sides two times. could it be the ball joint or the swaybar end links? the bushings on thos look worn.
